PENGARUH JENIS ZAT FIKSASI TERHADAP KUALITAS HASIL PEWARNAAN PADA BATIK KULIT KAYU JOMOK MENGGUNAKAN KOMBINASI ZAT WARNA JAMBAL, TEGERAN DAN TINGI

Abstract

The aim of the research was to determine the quality results of jomok bark batik coloring using natural dyes (a combination of jambal, tegeran and tingi) without fixation, fixation with alum, fixation with calcium oxide, fixation with tunjung and the influence of the type of fixation agent on the quality results of bark batik coloring. jomok uses a combination of jambal, tengeran and tingi dyes. This research is an experimental research with an AxB factorial design. The result of the quality of natural substance coloring on Jomok bark batik without using fixation is a score of 4 (good). The results of the quality of natural substance coloring on jomok bark batik using alum fixation were a score of 4-5 (good). The results of the quality of natural substance coloring on jomok bark batik using calcium oxide fixation were a score of 4-5 (good). The results of the coloring quality of natural substances on jomok bark batik using tunjung fixation were a value of 4-5 (good), the type of fixation substance showed that there was an influence on the coloring quality of jomok bark batik with the best color results with tunjung fixation.
