Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using the digital media Canva on students’ creativity in Fashion Design learning at SMK Negeri 8 Surabaya. The research employed a quantitative approach with 91 tenth-grade students as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using simple linear regression. The results show that the use of Canva has a significant effect on students’ creativity, with the regression equation Y = 11.612 + 0.641X, a significance value of 0.000 (< 0.05), and R² = 0.593, indicating that 59.3% of the variation in students’ creativity is influenced by Canva usage. These findings suggest that Canva is effective in fostering students’ creativity and provide important implications for the development of technology-based learning strategies in the field of Fashion Design
