This journal is published twice a year, in June and December, by Akademi Kesejahteraan Sosial (AKK) Yogyakarta. Jurnal Socia Akademika serves as a national scientific forum that facilitates researchers, academics, practitioners, and professionals in disseminating research results, theoretical studies, and applied scientific works.
The journal scope covers multidisciplinary applied sciences, particularly in Culinary Art, Fashion Technology, Apparel Design, and Cosmetology.
